We Kratom wants to give back to the community that has helped us grow and flourish. We’re awarding a $1,000 scholarship to college students through the We Kratom Scholarship Program. Awards will be granted to one student whom we select from our pool of applicants.

All applicants will be judged on the essay provided.

Applicants must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  • GPA: 2.5 or higher
  • Major: Any major is accepted
  • Enrollment: Undergraduate or graduate program

If you wish meet the above requirements, we urge you to apply for our $1,000 program.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit a 1,000-word essay when applying. All essays must be on the following topic: “Why Kratom Should Not Be Outlawed in the United States.” Requirements for your essay include:

  • Word Count: 1,000 words minimum
  • Format: Microsoft Word document or compatible
  • Original: All essays must be original

Applicants that have been found plagiarizing will not be considered for current and future scholarship opportunities. All word must be original.

We ask that you send all essays, along with the following information to:

Our scholarship committee will review all submitted essays. Your essay must be submitted by June 15, 2019. We will review all of the applications submitted and declare one winner. The winner will have their name and essay posted on our website.
